Summary:
Clerks will assist the auctioneer by entering the correct price and correct bidder badge of a number of a sale or offer of a vehicle into the computer during the sale. It is the responsibility of the Clerk to have their block ready, stocked and prepared before the sale begins, including fail over reports on the block, lane log sheets, writing utensils and paper. Clerks will assist dealers with questions or direct them to the correct department that can assist them. Clerks will report to their immediate supervisor with any questions or concerns as necessary. Clerks will be responsible to stay on task to remain detail oriented throughout the sale and to minimize distractions as much as possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure the smooth flow of vehicles being sold successfully by assisting the auctioneer in processing the vehicles thru the data base and reporting directly to the block clerk supervisor.
Qualification Requirements:
Entry level position for computer literate, detail oriented individual with good communications and follow up skills.

Ability to understand and communicate in English.
